DT Nova builds and looks after the software a company runs on: the website, the app, the system behind them and the IT around them. These are our services in English. Each page says what you get, how the work goes, and when you should buy from someone else.

How every job works

1. A free call. You tell us what is not working, in your own words. If a smaller fix or another provider fits better, we say so.
2. Scope and price in writing. Before any work starts you get a written description of what is included, what is not, and what it costs. Builds have a fixed price for that scope.
3. The work, on the agreed scope. If something new comes up along the way, we agree it with you before it is done, and the invoice only carries what was agreed.
4. Yours from day one. Source code, domain, licences and admin accounts are in your company's name. If you stop working with us, everything stays with you.

Maintenance, where it applies, can be cancelled with one month's notice. Every price is on the pricing page, not hidden behind a quote form.

Who does the work

DT Nova is a founder-led digital partner. Mustafa Tarabya, the founder, answers the phone, agrees the scope and is responsible for delivery. The upside is that you always talk to the person who decides. The limit is capacity: if the calendar is full, you hear it on the first call, not three weeks into the project.
