SEO for companies in Finland, with fixed deliverables
We do SEO as fixed deliverables, not a monthly retainer: an audit, content pages written for one search each, and technical fixes. Every job starts from measured keyword data from your own market and your Google Search Console, and you see the numbers before you pay anything. No ranking guarantees, because nobody can honestly give one.
- You see the result before it goes live
- Fixed price for the agreed scope, in writing before work starts
- Source code, domain and accounts in your company's name
Who this is for
English-speaking companies in Finland, international teams and EU companies that want to be found by people who are ready to buy. We work on English and Finnish sites. That matters in Finland: your international customers may search in English, but Finnish buyers usually search in Finnish, and a translated page rarely matches the words they type.
SEO in three boxes
For a small company everything fits into three boxes, ordered by how much you control.
- Pages that answer the search. Fully in your control. If someone searches for a price, the page needs a price. If they search for a provider in Helsinki, the page needs to say Helsinki. This is the biggest single factor, and it is writing work, not technology.
- Technical condition. Also in your control, and mostly a one-time job. The page has to be readable by a search engine and load well on a phone. This will not lift you past competitors, but missing it blocks everything else.
- Links from other sites. The least control, the slowest and the most expensive. That is why it comes third, even though many agencies sell it first.
We start from data, not opinion
The usual start is asking the owner which words they want to rank for. Owners use the language of their trade, customers use everyday language, and the result ranks for a phrase nobody types.
We buy real search volume and difficulty data for your market before we write anything. That data is our cost, not yours. If your site already exists, we also read your Google Search Console, which shows the searches you already appear for. Every proposed page comes with two numbers: how often it is searched each month, and how hard it is to reach the first page. You see the list before you pay, and you decide whether any of those pages is worth writing.
Difficulty is the half people forget: a narrow buying search can bring more business than a broad term every large player is fighting over. So we choose with both numbers.
Pages that work without JavaScript
Many business sites send an almost empty page and build the content afterwards with JavaScript. People never notice, but a search engine may find nothing to read on the first visit; Google describes the extra step in its JavaScript SEO basics. We put the full text in the source code from the start. Check your own site: open the page source and search for your main heading. If it is not there, fix that first.
What you get
| Deliverable | What you get | How it is priced |
|---|---|---|
| Audit | Technical blockers, a page-by-page list of fixes, keyword proposals with numbers | Fixed price |
| Content page | One page for one search: keyword choice with numbers, text, title, description, internal links, published | Fixed price per page |
| Technical fixes | Fixes from the audit list | Billed by the hour for work done |
| Titles and descriptions | The text shown in search results, for every page on the site | Billed by the hour |
The audit is a list you can give to us or anyone else; a list too vague for others to act on is lock-in. A content page has a fixed price however long it takes, so the risk sits with us. Each page is a separate order, so you can stop after three if the numbers do not move. Prices are on the pricing page.
What we do not sell: paid link building, ranking guarantees or monthly reports as a service. If any of those is what you want, we are the wrong supplier and we will say so on the first call.
What results look like, honestly
A new page usually appears in Google's index within days, sometimes hours. Moving up on competitive searches takes months. Google itself warns that no one can guarantee a top ranking. English searches in Finland compete with the whole English-speaking web, so for English sites we look hard for narrow buying searches. Many Finnish buying searches are still contested by nobody, simply because the page has not been written. That does not make the work fast, but it makes it cheaper.
If you serve a local area, start with your Google Business Profile. It is free, takes about an hour to fill in, and often brings calls before any content page has had time to move. Do it yourself with our guide (in Finnish), or have us manage it monthly; the price is on the pricing page.
How you can check the work was done
Every real optimization is visible on the site. Ask for a dated list of changes, open the pages yourself, and keep Search Console in your own name. With us, each deliverable is defined in advance, the invoice goes out only once the change is live on your site, and Search Console uses your account from the start.
When not to buy SEO
| Situation | Do this instead |
|---|---|
| You need customers this week | Paid ads or picking up the phone. SEO will not be in time. |
| Nobody searches for your service | We check the data before quoting and tell you straight. |
| Your site is being rebuilt in three months | Do the work with the new site, or it gets done twice. |
| The page has no price, no contact details and no reason to get in touch | Fix that first. It is the cheapest and fastest change. |
| Nobody has time to answer questions about your service | Wait. Without your expertise the text will be generic. |
How we work
- Half an hour on the phone. What you sell, to whom, at what price. If it is clear there are no searches, we stop there.
- Keyword data and a page list. Volumes and difficulty for your market, plus your Search Console data. You see it before paying.
- Audit, if you have a site. Fixed price, fixes in priority order.
- Pages one at a time. Order as many as you want, when you want.
- Numbers after three months. Impressions, clicks and queries per page from Search Console. A page that does not move gets fixed before we write new ones.
Who does the work
DT Nova Tmi, Business ID 3595452-5, Helsinki. The person who answers the phone is the person who writes your pages: Mustafa Tarabya, founder, with a background in business development and digital transformation. The founder does the work himself, so if the calendar is full we say so on the first call. Work content and price are agreed in writing before work starts. SEO works best on a site built for it, which is how we do website development. If you are weighing bigger system choices, see IT consulting. This page in Finnish: hakukoneoptimointi. Questions we get
How do I know if SEO is worth it for us?
Look at the search data. We check how often people in your market search for what you sell before we quote anything, and we show you the numbers. If only a handful of searches a month exist for your service, your money is better spent elsewhere, and we will tell you that on the call.
How many pages do we need?
One for each thing you sell and one for each question your customers keep asking. For a small company that is often 10 to 20 pages. The count is not the goal, but one page can only answer one search properly, so a single services page rarely covers everything you do.
Do you work on WordPress and other platforms?
Yes. The audit and content pages work on any platform. If your platform does not put the content in the page source, we point that out in the audit and estimate what the fix would take. Some platforms make this easy, some make it expensive, and you should know which before ordering pages.
What do you need from us?
Your prices, a description of the work and the questions your customers actually ask. That is typically about an hour on the phone for each set of pages. Without it, the text cannot be told apart from your competitors' text, and generic pages rarely earn a click.
Can you guarantee a first page ranking?
No, and nobody honestly can, because only Google decides rankings. What we can promise is that each page exists, is indexed, answers the search it was written for and shows a price and a way to contact you. All four are in our control and you can check them yourself.
Is there a contract or notice period?
Neither. You order one deliverable at a time and pay for it. If you do not want to continue, you simply stop ordering, and the work stays on your site. Search Console stays in your name throughout, so your data never depends on us.
